Demi Lovato is encouraging teens to take part in DoSomething’s fifth annual Teens for Jeans campaign with Aeropostale.

The 19-year-old entertainer is the spokesperson for campaign which urges teens to collect gently-worn jeans and donate them to the two million homeless teens around the country.

“I’m donating my jeans. Clean out your closet and donate yours, too,” Demi says in the PSA video video below.
