The Biggest Loser 1/17 Live Recap: Who Got Eliminated?

The Biggest Loser January 17, 2012 episode picks up from last week’s episode where Bob Harper was upset with Dolvett  Quincebecause he said Dolvett stole his training ideas from previous shows.

Who will be eliminated and voted off this week’s show? Look below for live results.

Below is a live minute-by-minute recap of the show:

Joe is upset, homesick and missing his family. Jeremy tries to console him. The contestants are then tempted by a Chinese buffet with Alison Sweeney present.

This week is face-off week, each member of the red team will face off against one member of the black team. The person who wins the weight loss gets a point and then the team with the most points wins.

The winner of today’s food temptation will decide the face-off  competitors and will win a 2 lbs advantage which he/she can keep or give away. The Red Team decides not to eat. The Black team decides that one person will eat a fortune cookie but can’t decide who until Cassandra does it. Then the team makes her eat two cookies just in case the red team did the same thing.

Cassandra wins and gets a 2 lbs advantage.

Joe then decides to leave and quit the show because he needs his family, fiance and kids and can’t stop thinking about them. When Bob comes, the team tells Bob of Joe’s departure. Bob is shocked because no contestant has ever left the show before. Bob calls Joe to find out what happened and Joe tells Bob his kids were the reason. Bob tells Joe he has fractured teh team.

Dolvett really pushed the red team in the gym because they lost the weigh-in last week. Bob also pushes the black team.
The black team and the red team meet with Alison and she tells the Black Team they have forfeited a point because Joe left. The challenge is a water relay. The contestants have to pump water in several different ways and pass it around during a relay. The last person in the relay has to pour the water on an ice cube and the first team to melt the ice cube will win the prize which happens to be in the ice cube.
It was a right race but the Red Team won. The prize is a video chat with their family.Bob goes to visit the Aqua team to help them lose the weight so they can get back into the game.

Cassandra won the challenge and has a 2 lb advantage. She gives 1 lb away to Megan and 1 lb to Gail.

Roy gets immunity since he has the highest percentage of weigh loss.
