Justin Bieber took to the Today show to address paternity claims by 20-year-old Mariah Yeater who alleges that The Biebs had knocked her up in a bathroom at the Staples Center after a concert and that he is now the father of her 3 month old son.
Bieber spoke with Matt Lauer this morning and said, “I’d just like to say, basically, that none of those allegations are true.”
Lauer asked the teen sensation if he even knew the girl asking for the child support from Bieber, and Bieber replied, “Never met the woman.”
Justin explained, “It’s crazy. Every night after the show I’m gone right from the stage to the car, so it’s crazy that some people want to make such false allegations.”
He added, “I know I’m going to be a target, but I’m never going to be a victim.”
“There’s going to be good and bad about this business. I want to focus on what’s real,” admits the 17-year old singer.
And in case we didn’t get it, The Biebs concluded, “To set the record straight, none of it is true.”
