Nina Dobrev has it all going on! With four seasons of “The Vampire Diaries” under her belt (new season set to premiere on October 11), a new film playing in theaters (The Perks of Being a Wallflower), and working with her charity (Free the Children), Nina is quickly become the all-around “it girl.” She’s even scored herself a feature in the November 2012 issue of Glamour magazine. Way to go girl!

Sporting such designer clothes as Roland Mouret and Marc Jacobs, the 23-year-old needed some new hairstyles for the different looks. So, they mag gave her three!

On the best beauty advice she’s received:

“Wash your face at the end of the night! There’s nothing worse than sleeping in makeup. You wake up looking like a painting that’s been left out in a rainstorm.”

On what she believes women needs from men:

“Every woman wants and needs different things. It’s always best when you’re honest and you speak up. It’s hard to read minds.”

On her changing beauty needs:

“I was kind of a jock in school. Beauty wasn’t something I spent a lot of time on. Now I ask every hair and makeup artist I work with for tips. I’m in beauty school by association!”
