Robert Pattinson takes a minute to smile and greet fans outside of the Today Show studios in New York City before his interview Thursday November 8, 2012.

Of course the 26-year-old actor was there to promote The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2. And of course the question of his relationship status came up — just like it did for girlfriend Kirsten Stewart on the same show yesterday.

When Savannah Guthrie told Rob that because people are always asking her, she needs to ask Rob if he is dating Kirsten, he laughed it off. Then, he got inquisitive himself, posing these questions, “I want to ask, cuz we get asked it all the time, everyone always asks, like for four years. Who is actually asking? Is it in your contract?”
