Katy Perry and John Mayer have been dating for a few months and are spending the holidays with Katy’s family at their home in Santa Barbara.

The dynamic duo couple spread some holiday cheer by stopping by a local hospital on behalf of the Dream Foundation on Saturday, spending time with patients who unfortunately will not be able to celebrate the holiday at home with their families.

The Dream Foundation is the first and largest national wish-granting organization for adults. The organization also enhances life quality of individuals and their families battling life-threatening illness.

After their visit, the organization Tweeted: “Gratitude to @KatyPerry @JohnMayer & Hudsons for rolling up their sleeves & serving our dream families. #DreamTeam.”
