The Vampire Diaries stars and super cute real life couple Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev paid a hospital visit to a 14-year-old patient, Kayla Miller, who is recovering from a successful lung transplant.

Nina and Ian posed as vampires with Kayla in this photo which Dobrev posted on WhoSay with the caption, “Sending congratulations to @kayla_0507 and her family. We all secreted this. Her life has been saved. I’m smiling ear to ear.”

Dobrev added, “Id like to ask everyone who reads this to send out positive energy to @Kayla_0507 tonight. Just take one moment of your time.

“Think of her and put it out there in the universe. Think happy thoughts…Smile 🙂 The secret … We can make anything happen.”
