Emma Roberts was arrested in Canada earlier this month on a domestic violence charge. The actress who was later released was taken into custody after fighting with her actor boyfriend Evan Peters (American Horror Story) and bloodying his nose.

Per TMZ, someone called police reporting a fight in a hotel room. Once the cops arrived they found a bloody-nosed Peters.

Roberts was released hours later when Peters refused to press charges. The case should be closed.
