WOW! Sandra Bullock filed for divorce from Jesse James April 23 and two months later, her divorce is already finalized! That’s some crazy fast justice. I have never heard of any state finalizing a divorce in less than 6 months. But I guess they do things a bit differently in Texas where Sandra filed her papers.
