Two Hundred colorful Easter eggs were hidden all over New York City Sunday, all paying homage to Ryan Gosling. Fans flocked to @GoslingEaster‘s Twitter page to get clues on how to find one of these gem-filled eggs.
If you were one of the lucky few who found the pink, green or yellow eggs, you got yourself a picture of Mr. Gosling plus a very festive message written as if by the actor himself. “I’m dipping myself in chocolate for you,” one said. “Happy Easter from Ryan Gosling.”
“Hop on over to my house already,” another teased.
The finders were encouraged to “Tweet this egg @GoslingEaster.” Photos of the eggs found on car doors, ATM machines, fire hydrants, bicycle baskets and stealth locations were then retweeted, helping everyone feel a part of this virtual search.
