Actress Vanessa Hudgens has teamed up with Adopt a Classroom and Kohl’s CARES to delight deserving students with a huge surprise during their first week of school.
Yesterday, Vanessa was on hand as every K-12 student (nearly 2,000) from The Accelerated School in South Central Los Angeles received a brand new pair of sneakers to start off the school year with their best foot forward.
Over the weekend, actresses Shailene Woodley, Rosario Dawson and Riley Keough joined a group of over 30 Native American youth to protest the Dakota Access Pipeline in front of the White House and in Union Square in NYC. Continue reading
