Robin Roberts Celebrates 100-Days Milestone; Reunited with Pet Dog

Robin Roberts had a sweet reunion recently – and it was with her dog KJ!

An excited Roberts Tweeted last week: “Look who made it back for my 100 day [after bone marrow transplant] celebration.”

“We just keep staring at each [other] … can’t believe she’s finally home.”

Making it to the 100-day mark is a major milestone for patients who undergo this procedure and all signs point to a healthy recovery for Roberts who is due back on Good Morning America around May or June.

One Direction‘s Liam Payne found himself in some physical pain after he and his bandmates were mobbed at London’s Heathrow Airport on Saturday.

Payne Tweeted the photo below with the caption: “Lol I just looked at arm that’s what happened when somebody pulls at your skin too hard. #crazyday.” The photo shows a minor scratch but Payne was still bothered about what happened when 1D touched down in London. Continue reading

Toni Braxton Hospitalized for Lupus Complications

Toni Braxton who has been fighting Lupus since 2012 has been hospitalized for complications from the autoimmune disease. The 45-year-old singer broke the news to her fans on Twitter. “Hey guys, I’m in the hospital for health issues related to Lupus & Blood clots, I will be home soon…Thanks for all the love&support! Xoxo.”

The Grammy-winning singer’s rep told E! News, “Her doctors expect her to do just fine and recover completely. It is just a side effect of living with lupus.”

Kate Middleton has been released from the hospital and is in good spirits after her pregnancy scare. The Duchess of Cambridge spent four days at the Kind Edward VII Hospital in London, being treated for a condition called hyperemesis gravidarum, or HG, which occurs in 1-2 percent of pregnancies — Not a dangerous condition for the baby, but, often a sign that the pregnancy involves multiples! Anderson Cooper Went Blind For 36 Hours

Anderson Cooper went blind for 36 hours last week. Can you imagine? Thankfully, Cooper’s vision  returned after more than a few scary hours and he gave the details on what exactly happened on his daytime talk show.

Cooper was in Portugal on a 60 Minutes assignment. “I am in this beautiful coastal area shooting this story for 60 Minutes involving the water … I don’t want to go into details [on] what the story was,” Cooper said. Continue reading

Joe Jackson Suffers A stroke

Joseph “Joe” Jackson, the 83-year-old patriarch of the Jackson family, has suffered a stroke. “He’s in ‘serious’ condition,” a source told x17. “Joe has been struggling with his health a lot over the past three or four months. The good thing is that he was taken immediately to the hospital as he was with a couple of people at the time.”

We’re not sure which hospital Joe is being treated in but chances are he is in a Las Vegas hospital where he resides. We will keep you posted on his condition as the news comes in.
