Glee’s Cory Monteith Fighting With Show Creators?

Glee‘s Cory Monteith reportedly feels overworked and underpaid and is allegedly fighting the good fight against the show’s creators on behalf of the whole cast.

According to New York Post, the 29-year-old actor who plays Finn Hudson in Fox’ mega-hit musical comedy series, is butting heads with the show’s creator, Ryan Murphy, over the cast’s work schedule and earnings from Glee CDs, tours, and the show itself.

“Cory was the show’s golden boy but has most recently been the most vocal member of the cast complaining. He feels they are being overworked. They were filming and toured without any time to recover,” according to sources.

“He’s become a de facto leader complaining to Ryan Murphy [for the cast], who they feel should give them a bigger share of the show’s success. But Ryan thinks Cory is causing trouble.” Continue reading →

SPOTTED: Perez Hilton @ Book Signing For His Children’s Book (Photos)

SPOTTED: Perez Hilton September 1, 2011 at Barnes & Noble at The Grove in Los Angeles, CA, for a fan meet and greet, book reading, and book signing for his newly-released children’s book, The Boy With Pink Hair.The book tells the simple story of a boy with bright, “cotton-candy” hair who gets bullied, makes a friend, and discovers a true passion. Perez came up with the idea of writing this book when he was at an event for Mario Lopez‘ children’s book release where Perez “flippantly” said to himself, “I should write a children’s book too.” And the idea stuck, and the rest is history.

At the book signing, Perez said the writing of this book is another step in Perez’ latest attempts to “share light and pinkness with the world.” Perez also gave a shout out to friend Lady Gaga for having been the first to endorse his book.

When a fan asked if he would ever have kids, Perez answered that he wants to adopt four kids, but unlike Brangelina, he will adopt them from places like Puerto Rico or other exotic locations so he can take them on real vacations when the kids need to get to know their roots! Brilliant!

SPOTTED: Richie Sambora, the legendary Bon Jovi guitarist, stopped by The Grove August 17, 2011 for an interview with Extra‘s Mario Lopez.

Richie looked healthy, happy and radiant after his recent return from the band’s record-breaking world tour. Sambora said of the latest tour, “I walked onstage every night with extreme gratitude.” Long-time fans of Bon Jovi, like myself, are also extremely grateful that Richie is back on stage where he belongs after a short absence from touring while in rehab. Patrick Schwarzenegger continues his summer internship at The Grove in Los Angeles and was spotted Tuesday July 19 doing crowd control for a visit by Victoria’s Secret angel model Candice Swanepoel.

Not a bad gig for the 17-year-old son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver who was spotted last week working security during an interview of Paris Hilton by Extra TV.

An incredible day took place July 11, 2011 at the Hacienda Country Club in La Habra, CA, where Audi of Downtown Los Angeles hosted the world’s largest tournament series in amateur golf, the Audi quattro Cup.
