Former The Hills star, Lauren Conrad, is shown in these Kohl’s ads pimping her own line, LC by Lauren Conrad, which will be coming out in the fall.
The new line will be super affordable. Here are some sample prices: Black polka-dot dress ($68), pleated skirts ($50), fur lined boots ($79) and jewelry ($24).
One of the perks of being a celebrity is to make crazy dough endorsing various products. From T-Mobile, to Coke, to Allstate Insurance, major companies seek out famous people to plug their products for the cool factor.

Matthew Morrison of Glee was at The Grove Friday to introduce the Dasani Plant Model Fashion Show where a septet of Plant Models showed off the hottest fashions made out of … foliage. The fashion show was held in honor of Earth Day and to launch Dasani’s new “plant bottle” packaging.
Dasani’s new eco-packaging, which despite being part plant, is as recyclable as its 100 percent PET counterpart. The outfits on the models were hand-crafted on site by Yotam Solomon, who was named L.A.’s top young designer by Styelist this month. “It’s all about inspiration and it’s a pleasure to create designs made out of greenery for today’s Earth Day celebration,” Solomon says. Kate Winslet bears it [almost] all in a new ad campaign for Lancôme lipstick collection L’Absolu Nu. The 35-year-old actress is seen lying on the ground, nude, talking on the phone, and rolling around in satin sheets.
The ad is shot by fashion photographer Mario Testino. Watch it for yourself:
WOAH! Did you see Amy Adams on the Oscars Red Carpet? Word on the street is that she was dazzled in $1,350,00 worth of jewels from Cartier.
Too bad she did not win the Oscar for Best Actress, because I would have liked to see those jewels glitter in all the lights on stage. Oh well. She looked gorgeous in this navy gown by L’Wren Scott and Ferragamo black satin shoes.
But seriously, who cares who designed the dress and the shoes. Let’s talk jewels! In addition to her gigantic emerald necklace, she was also sporting a platinum and diamond emerald haute joaillerie secret watch bracelet which alone is worth $1.025 million. The bracelet features a 30.75 carat carved emerald and 575 diamonds. Her earrings are valued at $35,000 and made of platinum and 2-carat diamond studs. Amazing that I did not even notice the earrings which cost what an average American makes in a year…If I paid that much for earrings, they better be larger than my head. You know, so people could actually see them. Oh well, I am sure they’re gorgeous.
Kendall Jenner was at The Grove Saturday for her first autograph signing for Malibu Native Clothing at PacSun. Fans lined up for hours for a chance to meet the teen model and have a picture taken with her.
