I had been wanting to work out for months with the man who muscles up the American Idols but was afraid he’d kick my coach-potato ass. But I finally gave in and met up with Marco on a sunny morn in a park and he worked me through his series of exercises affectionately called ‘boot camp’.

Now, if you want me to tell you that Marco took it easy on me, think again. Marco did kick my ass. But I tell you, it was the best ass kicking that my out of shape body needed.
