Adele Wins Five Grammys, Dedicates Album of The Year Win to Beyoncé

Adele knocked the 2017 Grammy Awards out of the ballpark by scoring a perfect five for five in nominations versus wins. The British superstar’s conquests of the night included the ultimate sweep of the top three categories of album, record and song of the year. In her excitement, the singer let it slip during one of her acceptance speeches that she and her longtime love Simon Konecki have have gotten married.

Even with all the wins and the revealing of her marital status secret, the 28-year-old entertainer wasn’t quite done making a splash at this year’s awards show. She also proceeded to dedicate her album of the year win to Beyonce‘s “Lemonade” instead which made for quite an emotional moment. Continue reading →

Adele Will Finally Return To The Stage After Throat Surgery

Sidelined since last October after throat surgery, Adele will make her triumphant return to the stage for the first time at the 2012 Grammy Awards.

Adele may have undergone throat surgery early last month, but that does not mean the superstar is staying home and being a recluse while she recovers.

Sporting her signature beehive and looking super fly, the Someone Like You songstress Tweeted this photo Wednesday with the caption, “Back on the grind. Hair and make up did. Merry Christmas! Axx.”
Two days after her multi-Grammy nods were announced at the beginning of this month, Adele wrote on her blog: “Just home from New York, that’s my main excuse for not posting a message sooner, but I’m also completely and utterly lost for words.”  Continue reading →
