Joe Jonas and his band DNCE crashed the world’s largest student-run philanthropy event held at Penn State University which raises millions every year to combat childhood cancer. Penn State’s THON which celebrates its 40th anniversary this year, throws the annual 46-hour no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon which has raised more than $136 million for childhood cancer treatment and research since 1997. This year’s event kicked off Friday, February 17, 2017, at the university’s Bryce Jordan Center with thousands in attendance.
