Javier Bardem will be a presenter at the 83rd
Academy Awards.
Bardem, who took home the Oscar in 2007 for his supporting performance in No Country for Old Men, received his third Academy Award nomination this year for his leading role in Biutiful.
He received his first nomination in 2000 for his lead performance in Before Night Falls. His other film credits include The Dancer Upstairs, The Sea Inside, Love in the Time of Cholera, Vicky Cristina Barcelona and Eat Pray Love.
Also announced today as presenters are Helen Mirren and Matthew McConaughey.
Mirren is a four-time Academy-nominated actress and took the Oscar home once for her leading performance in The Queen. McConaughey will be seen next in The Lincoln Lawyer and Killer Joe. His other film credits include A Time to Kill, Amistad, Ed TV, The Wedding Planner, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days and Tropic Thunder.
Academy Awards for outstanding film achievements of 2010 will be presented on Sunday, February 27, 2011, at the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center, and televised live on the ABC Television Network. The Oscar presentation also will be televised live in more than 200 countries worldwide.
