Piers Morgan who buzzed the performance said, “I have tried to appreciate this act.” He continued, “There is a reason why there are no male pole dancing clubs in America.” Appropriately, he got sprayed by a water gun by Howie.

Eminem Sets Digital Album Sales Record

A big congratulations goes out to Eminem who has become the first recording artist to sell a million digital copies of a single full album!

About the success in sales of Eminem’s Recovery, Eminem’s manager, Paul Rosenberg, said in a statement:

“Over the years, we’ve made a concerted effort to engage Em’s online fan base, so this achievement is especially rewarding.”

Recovery features the major hits Love The Way You Lie with Rihanna and Not Afraid.

Adele will next join Eminem in celebrating this milestone since her sophomore release, 21, is at 992,000 digital copies sold in just 19 weeks. Lady Gaga is also very close to reaching the same milestone, with more than 900,000 digital sales (and counting) of her 2008 release, The Fame.

What’s the best single track of all time? The Black Eyed Peas’ I Got A Feeling has sold seven+ million downloads.

Lady Gaga Sued For Allegedly Pocketing Relief Effort Charity Funds

Lady Gaga is being sued for $5 million dollars over alleged misuse of money she raised through her ‘We Pray for Japan’ wristbands sold for charity.

The wristbands were sold for $5, plus $3.99 for shipping and handling, and 60 cents in taxes. All the money was to go towards ongoing relief efforts in Japan following the massive earthquake and tsunami. But per the lawsuit, Mama Monster is making a profit off of the wristbands and the jacked up shipping prices.

“I’m suing Lady Gaga simply to hold her accountable for giving the money that she was raising for charity to the cause that she was trying to raise it for,” said Ari Kresch, an attorney with Michigan-based 1-800-LAW-FIRM.

Gaga has failed to make a comment yet, but the lawyer who filed suit against her, Alyson Oliver, had a lot to say: “When we tried to communicate with the defendants in this lawsuit, all we got was, ‘well, some of the money is being retained, but we don’t really know how much.’” She added: “If the money were going to the right place rather than into the defendant’s pocket, then I hope that our effort helps that.” Per reports, Gaga raised over $250K in the first 24 hours of the sale of the bracelets.

While this mess is unfolding, Gaga has been playing benefit concerts in Japan as a part of MTV Video Music Aid.
