Megan Foxmay be hot, but she certainly doesn’t seem bothered by the news which came out recently that Steven Spielberg may have been the one to fire the actress from the Transformers franchise.
Fox had said she left the franchise because she wanted to pursue other acting opportunities. But we later found out that she was fired from the movie series for a 2009 interview in which she said director Michael Bay wants to “be like Hitler on his sets, and he is.”
When executive producer Steven Spielberg heard the Hitler comment he reportedly called up Bay and said “fire her right now.”
So, Fox may have been fired by the biggest name in Hollywood film-making, but she isn’t sitting home and crying about it. Instead, she’s frolicking around Hawaii in an itsy-bitsy bikini with husband, Brian Austin Green to celebrate their one year wedding anniversary this Friday.
Megan Fox is the new face of Giorgio Armani Beauty and she makes her debut in the video spot below.
Armani chose Fox because “she embodies the spirit of the women of today: free, confident and seductive. Her beautiful features reveal femininity, sensuality and strength.”
Megan looks sensational in the ad – watch for yourself:
Eminem’s long-awaited Love the Way You Lie video featuring Rihanna premiered on MTV last night and contains a powerful and shocking message. In the video, Rihanna bravely takes on a subject she knows all too well: domestic violence. The video also stars Megan Fox and Dominic Monaghan as a dysfunctional couple stuck in a vicious cycle of fighting.
Eminem says: “[Director] Joseph [Kahn] and I worked pretty closely together to make sure we got this right. Trying to make this tough subject work visually is a challenge. It was great to have Rihanna, Megan and Dominic on board for this. They really brought it and made this video super-powerful.”
While watching the video, it’s hard not to think of and be moved by Rihanna’s own personal experience in an abusive relationship. Megan Fox herself was so moved by the experience that she donated all of her proceeds to a shelter for abused women.
Megan Fox has been dropped from the cast of Transformers 3. A source at Paramount, the studio behind the film, confirmed that Fox, who played star Shia LaBeouf’s love interest in the first two franchise movies, would not return for the third movie.
The source said that in order to take LaBeouf’s character — Samuel James Witwicky — in a new direction, it was better if Sam wasn’t tied down to a love interest. That’s funny. In real life, men use the excuse of career development as a reason to dump a girl. Now, Hollywood is saying in order to develop the character of a fictional man, they have to dump his fictional girlfriend? Classic. SO, I guess the real reason has nothing to do with the fact that a few months ago Fox compared Michael Bay, the director of the movie franchise, to the likes of Hiltler and Napoleon? Click here here if you want the juicy details. On a much happier front, I just heard my very good friend, Anthony Azizi, will in fact be playing in Transformers 3. So, way to go Anthony!
