FIRST LISTEN: Does Tom Cruise Pull Off Singing A Bon Jovi Classic In ‘Rock Of Ages’? [VIDEO]
Tom Cruise got himself all beefcaked, tatted and pumped up for his role as Stacee Jaxx in the upcoming film, Rock of Ages. And by judging this photo, Cruise definitely pulls off the look of a rocker, but how does he sound playing a little bit of Bon Jovi? Continue reading
VIDEO CLIP OF THE DAY: Tom Cruise Dancing At Friend’s Wedding
Tom Cruise showed off his moves on the dance floor of a friend’s wedding last weekend. Tom and Katie Holmes headed to Palm Springs to celebrate the nuptials of mutual friends, Sandy Modic and David Ellison. David also happens to be the executive producer of Tom Cruise’s upcoming new movie Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol.
“Suri went to bed before the reception, and then Tom had a dance-off with a few of the guys in the wedding party,” a source told Page Six.
At the reception, a dance war was requested by one of the guests. And of course, Cruise accepted the dance off challenge. Cruise did a little bit of the worm to Maroon 5’s Moves Like Jagger. I can’t really describe it, you gotta watch the TMZ video below for yourself:
First Look: Rock God Tom Cruise?
Holy sh*t. Who is this beefcake? Believe it or now, it’s none other than a pumped up and tatted Tom Cruise for his role in the upcoming Rock of Ages.
Tom Cruise Does Own Stunts & Descends Downs 2700-Foot Structure – See Videos
Tom Cruise is two years away from turning 50 – but he is not slowing down. In fact, he is putting some extra pep in his step and doing his own movie stunts.
And oh, no, not just any old stunt will do for this action hero trying to dig his way out of the dubious and recenlty-released Forbes Hollywood List Of Most Overpaid Actors which Cruise entered at number 5. Continue reading
Forbes Releases 2010 List of Hollywood’s Most Overpaid Actors – The Honorees Will Shock You.
This is one Forbes list no actor wants to be on. The list I am talking about is Hollywood’s Most Overpaid Actors 2010. Apparently when you are paid the big bucks in Hollywood, you are expected to bring in the big bucks as well. This list lets us know which actors brought in the least amount of revenue per each dollar that they earned. Continue reading
Tom Cruise & Cameron Diaz Race Cars on BBC’s Top Gear [Video]
To promote the U.K. launch of their action flick, Knight and Day, Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz gave a joint interview to BBC’s Top Gear. As part of their interview, each star got behind the wheel of a Kia for a segment called “Star in a Reasonably Priced Car” and attempted to break the course record held by Harry Potter‘s Rupert Grint.
I wish I could show you the entire interview but BBC has blocked its view. Below is a short montage of the interview and the car races, put together by CelebTV.
I just really liked the full length interview which I got to watch before it was pulled by BBC because of the amazing chemistry between Diaz and Cruise. Their chemistry is the whole reason why I also loved Knight and Day (click here for movie review) despite its insanely silly script. Anyway, here is an excerpt of the interview:
Knight And Day Movie Review – Cameron Diaz And Tom Cruise
Knight and Day uses some pretty bad computer-generated imagery to bring to life one of the most over-the-top, predictable, silly, far-fetched movies I have ever seen. And I absolutely loved every minute of it. Cameron Diaz and (gulp) Tom Criuse bring so much charm, humor, chemistry and charisma to the screen that I forgot time and time again how unbelievable the storyline really is. I just didn’t care; I let go, sat back and enjoyed the mindless ride. And laughed out loud more than I can recall at scenes which were meant to be funny.
This movie definitely helped me remember why I used to jock Tom Cruise as an actor. He is definitely out of my dog house and back on my good side, at least as far as his artistry is concerned. And, I think this is a pretty damn good date movie too – a perfect mix of action, comedy, and chick flick-ness; a recipe which is hard to get right. Overall, it’s a great feel good, light-hearted summer movie. What are you waiting for? Go see it already.
