Kristen Stewart Gets New Trilogy Movie Role

Kristen Stewart was just named Forbes‘ 5th highest paid actress, making $20 million between May 2010 and May 2011.

But just when it looked like the money well might run dry for the 21-year old actress, Stewart is stepping from one movie saga coming to an end into another one set to begin filming this August.

The actress who became a household name through the Twilight series, just signed on to play an iconic fairy tale character in Snow White and the Huntsman. But that’s not all…the film’s producer, Joe Roth, has now revealed that Huntsman is being conceived as the first film in a new folklore action-adventure movie trilogy.

The series will also star Thor‘s Chris Hemsworth as the title character and Charlize Theron as her wicked royal highness.

Per EWHuntsman will be conjured up as a Lord of the Rings’-style take on the centuries-old tale,” setting the stage for future installments. “It’s meant to be the first in a series of films,” producer Joe Roth told EW. “This story will end, but there will be questions remaining for these three characters.”
So, looks like Stewart will have a flourishing movie career for years to come even after Twilight permanently goes into dark…I am sure same can be said for newcomer Hemsworth who will probably be juggling future Huntsman films with more Thor installments.

VIDEO: Breaking Dawn Official Movie Trailer

Crazy – I’ve read the book, so, I know what to expect.

Yet I still got goosebumps watching the official Twilight: Breaking Dawn (part 1) official trailer shown by Summit Entertainment at the MTV awards.

Breaking Dawn hits theaters November 18 –Until then, enjoy this clip of the wedding, Jacob’s reception of the wedding invite, a glimpse into the pregnancy, and even the Quileute and the Volturi honing in on Edward and Bella

Video: Breaking Dawn Wedding Scene Trailer

AND there we have it: Our first video clip preview for the Twilight Saga: BREAKING DAWN teaser trailer!

It’s not much, but that’s all we’re gonna get until a longer teaser will be made available Sunday at the MTV Movie Awards.

You can see Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) in his wedding Tuxedo as he watches Bella Swan (Kirsten Stewart) walk down the aisle in her wedding dress.
It’s enough to send shivers down our spine, no??

‘Breaking Dawn’ Promises Far Darker, Bloodier, More Polarizing Scenes

OH BE STILL MY BEATING HEART!

Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward (Robert Pattinson) of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn grace the cover of Entertainment Weekly!! BUT WAIT!! So does Jacob (Taylor Lautner)!

The stars of this gigantic franchise tell EW, Breaking Dawn Part 1 and 2 (hitting your favorite theaters November 18 and November 2012) “involved a grueling, globe-trotting shoot, and scenes far darker, bloodier, and more polarizing than any in the franchise so far.”  OOOH, is that supposed to scare me off? HELL NO! I can’t wait!

But is the Twilight audience emotionally ready for the graphic and cinematic horrors the film will portray on the big screen such as the brutal birth of the baby, Renesmee? We all know what’s in the book, but are we able to handle it visually on the big screen? “It’s funny because when [the PG-13 issue] comes up, everybody thinks it’s all about the sex,” Stewart says. “The birth is really effective, and I’ve heard it really hits you in the face. But what it could have been? It could have been shocking and grotesque, because that’s how it was written in the book.” She sighs: “I would have loved to have been puking up blood.”
Read the whole story on EW and pick up one of the new issues of Entertainment Weekly, on stands Friday, April 29.

Robert Pattinson Talks Kristen Stewart, Charlie Sheen, And Price Of Fame..

The cover of the April issue of Vanity Fair has leaked early which is great for all TwiHards. Robert Pattinson graces this cover and the Twilight star is sporting a white button-down shirt and a black fedora. Oh, and he’s cradling a four-foot long alligator. Inside the issue, Pattinson talks about Kristen Stewart, the pitfalls of fame, and his admiration for Charlie Sheen.

On Kristen Stewart:
“Kristen is very focused on being an actress. I mean, that’s what she is—she’s an actress. Whereas I—I just don’t really know.” Pattinson continues, “She’s cool. Even before I knew her I thought she was a really good actress…I still think there are very few girls in her class that are as good as she is.”

On Charlie Sheen:
Pattinson admits that he isn’t all that exciting and doesn’t do anything ever that is scandalous but says he admires Charlie Sheen and his “little escapades,” explaining, “I like crazy people who don’t give a fuck.”

On fame:
“This thing with everyone knowing you … it’s weird, because people have this one-sided relationship where they look at your picture and feel they know you more than someone they actually know. I don’t really know myself that well.”

On popularity of Twilight:
“I can’t really understand it even now. It does have an angle which is attached to something quite primal in girls. I guess people want it to define them, like ‘I’m a Twilight fan.’… I think people really just like being part of a crowd. There’s something just tremendously exciting about hyping yourself up to that level.”

The April issue of Vanity Fair hits newsstands in New York and L.A. on Thursday, March 3, and nationally and on the iPad on Tuesday, March 8.

Kristen Stewart’s Latest Interview: “I Hate Being Famous”

OK, Kristen Stewart, tell us something we don’t know already: You really hate being famous and in the public eye. Ya, ya, we know. It’s really awful.

Regardless, Kirsten graces the February cover of Vogue magazine, looking as awkward as ever in print. Sorta like a deer caught in headlights. Except she did give the interview and took the photograph willingly. So not sure why she looks so uncomfortable.

In the interview, Kristen talks about lots of depressing things in her life – as if fame, riches and being Robert Pattinson’s long-time girlfriend don’t outweigh the negatives that come along with being the main actress in one of the most successful movie series ever.

Here are some excerpts from this uplifting interview:

On her boyfriend, Robert Pattinson:

She refuses to discuss him, saying, “It’s not my job.”

On Filming in New Orleans:
“I feel so good walking down the street by myself. At least I used to.” She went back for an extra week of work during editing, and suddenly she couldn’t walk down the street anymore. “It really erupted,” she says. “It was a weird thing to watch.”
On Jake Gyllenhaal’s date Jenny Lewis at the Golden Globes:
“She’s the only person I’ve ever met that I can’t function around.”

On her Twilight character, Bella Swan:
[She’s] “embedded in so many people’s psyches at this point. It’s starting to enter my head a lot more than it used to because it’s at the end and it’s come such a long way. I just want the fans of the book to be happy.”

On being one of the most famous people on the planet:

“There’s no way to eloquently put this: I just can’t go to the mall. It bothers me that I can’t be outside very often. And also to not ever be just ‘some girl’ again. Just being some chick at some place, that’s gone.”

Breaking Dawn Photo Leaked: Wedding Night Scene

It’s not much of a photo – but I know my readers, and you will love this one still pic. Why? Because it is a photo leaked from the upcoming Breaking Dawn movie and it involves the famous Edward and Bella wedding night sex scene. Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart sure know how to create chaos!

Director Bill Condon tells Entertainment Weekly about the leaked photo: “The anticipation is part of it and you want to play with what people expect and maybe subvert it a little and surprise them.”

Enjoy!

Breaking Dawn Producer Reveals Two-Part Movie Storyline

No one movie could adequately and beautifully portray an explosive honeymoon sex scene, a horrifying pregnancy and childbirth, and the threat of impending large-scale vampire massacre. So, to do the movie justice, the last book of the Twilight saga, Breaking Dawn, will be broken into two parts.

That’s not news to Twihards. But what is news is how this book will be broken into two.  Producer Wyck Godfrey spoke to USA Today this week and tried to answer some of us fans’ biggest questions:

On how the story will be slit in half:
“We basically want to take the audience through the emotional part of Bella’s journey as she becomes a vampire. The first part will cover the wedding, the honeymoon and the birth.”

On how the film will be able to keep PG-13 rating despite the sex and horrifying birth scenes:
“It would be a crime against our audience to go R-rated. This is based on a much more mature book. We need to progress and be more sophisticated.”  The bloody, bone-crushing childbirth will be seen only through Bella’s eyes. “She is looking through the haze, experiencing pain and everything rushing around her. We only see what she sees.”

On the Edward/Bella (Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart) sex scene:
“It does not become soft porn. It is a legitimate and important part of the movie, romantic and sensual.”
