SPOTTED: Dancing with the Stars’ Val Chmerkovskiy and his friends who threw the pro dancer a surprise 29th birthday dinner Tuesday night at Aventine Trattoria in Hollywood. Among those in attendance were Val’s current dance partner Rumer Willis and former partner Zendaya Coleman.
