And yet another celebrity jumps on the “lets make fun of Charlie Sheenwhile it’s hip” bandwagon. This time, it’s Jerry O’Connell, the star of The Defenders, who made this hilarious Funny or Die “audition tape” for the open leading role on Two and a Half Men.
O’Connell’s parody of the troubled actor is in a long line of other parodies including Jimmy Fallon’s Winning and Saturday Night Live’s Duh! Winning!
The SNL version portrays “Sheen” as a talk show host interviewing such “winners” as Christina Aguilera, John Galliano, Muammar Qaddafi and Lindsay Lohan (played by host Miley Cyrus – click here to watch Miley’s other SNL skits).
The talk show, Duh! Winning! is of course sponsored by both Tiger Blood and clean baby urine. Watch the video clip for yourself:
Did you catch Miley Cyrus hosting Saturday Night Live? If you didn’t, have no worries, I have two of the show’s best skits here.
First one is SNL‘s Vanessa Bayer playing Cyrus while Cyrus herself impersonates Justin Bieber.
Watch that skit below:
Later in the SNL broadcast, Cyrus parodied Fergie in a skit involving two other Black Eyed Peas members, Taboo (played by Andy Samberg) and apl.d.ap (played by Kenan Thompson). Khloe Kardashian makes an appearance here as well.
Two years after Michael Jackson‘s untimely death, his children are speaking out about how they’ve fared since the tragedy and what their lives are like now.
In an exclusive interview with Good Morning America which will air tomorrow, Jackson’s mother, Katherine, joins Prince, Paris and Blanket and says, “It was kind of hard at first, but they’ve adjusted pretty well.”
Mike Tyson, the movie critic? In the heelarious Funny or Die video below,Oscar Talk with Mike Tyson & Leonard Maltin,Tyson dishes out about this year’s Oscar nominees and he will have you rolling on the floor with his nonsensical opinions.
Whether he’s rooting for Halle Berry in Avatar or insisting that Mark Wahlberg couldn’t hold his own in the ring without The Funky Bunch backing him up, Tyson sure makes me excited for the Academy Awards this Sunday.
Oh, and wait till you see a clip from Tyson’s movie, The Pigeon Whisperer. Tyson is sure craaaaazy and we love him for it!
Jersey Shore‘s Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi made a huge announcement on Live With Regis and Kelly: She’s in love!
The man of her dreams? No other than Jionni LaValle– the guy she “met” on the most recent episode of the show.
‘Member him? Snooki couldn’t on the last episode. He’s the one whose name she kept forgetting so often that she decided to just call him “Bernard.” In bed. Ain’t love grand? And they say one-night stands can’t turn into the real thing!
What does she love about Bernard Jionni? “He’s definitely not a gorilla juicehead [her usual type].” She said. “But, you know, he’s a guido.” So, I guess that’s good enough!
Congrats Snooks!
Watch the interview for yourself:
Also watch this interview with Snooki where she talks about meeting Jionni and her arrest…cute definition also of a juice head and a Guido.
Ooooooooooooh boy. We have our first look at the Ukrainian version of The Bachelor, starring Dancing with the Stars hottie, Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
Last month, Chmerkovskiy, a native Ukrainian, announced on his website that he had refused an offer to star in the American/ABC’s The Bachelor but has now decided to do the Ukrainian version. He stated, “This is the first thing in a VERY LONG TIME that I’m doing for ME. For the first time, I don’t really care what people think. First time that I’m not being ‘judged’, ‘placed’ or ‘criticized.'”[Read the full story, here.]
On Tuesday, CBS’s The Late Show with David Letterman announced that Lindsay Lohan would be a guest on the show Thursday to read the “Top Ten List” via satellite. Of course this news spread like wildfire until Lohan herself denied the upcoming appearance via Twitter.
Lohan wrote: “I am NOT going to be doing David Letterman. I’m not sure how this happened, but I am sorry for the confusion….”
On Wednesday night’s Late Show, Letterman gave his side of the story with a big old apology. He said that after he joked about Lindsay stealing a Grammy on one of last week’s shows, in reference to her court case over a stolen necklace, he received a call from a “guy” who told him, “Lindsay thought the joke was hilarious.” And the same mysterious “guy” (who we all have been told is Lindsey’s father, Michael) said to Letterman that Lindsay wanted to be on his show.
And it was based on that telephone exchange that Letterman asked the show’s publicity department to release the news via an official statement, which they did. Letterman adds, “But then Lindsay Lohan says, ‘Oh, I don’t know, none of that is happening, I don’t know what’s going on. It’s not true.'”
“So it turns out we were duped.” letterman admits. “And I have no one to blame but myself, and boy, is my face red!”
