Jimmy Kimmel Declares “National UnFriend Day”

VIDEO CLIP OF THE DAY.

Jimmy Kimmel wants us all to weed out our Facebook “friends.” Why you ask? Kimmel preaches: “Friendship is a sacred thing and I believe Facebook is cheapening it. I go on this Facebook, I see people with 1000’s of what they call ‘friends’ which is impossible, you can’t have a 1000 friends.”

The late-night host has declared this Wednesday, November 17 “National UnFriend Day!” A pretend cleansing holiday where he has asked all Americans to go through their Facebook accounts and weed out random acquaintances and old classmates with whom they’re not truly friends.
“You want to know who your friends are?” Kimmel explains. “Post a status update that says ‘I’m moving this weekend and I need help.’ The people that respond? Those are your friends! Everyone else isn’t.”

P!nk Pays Tribute to “Dirty Little Freaks” In Her New Video: Watch Behind The Scenes Making Of

VIDEO CLIP OF THE DAY.

P!nk‘s latest video for “Raise Your Glass” rocks, so, it’s awesome that P!nk has released a peek at the Behind The Scenes from the video shoot. And you can watch it below.

Watching the behind the scenes makes me realize how far P!nk has come from her rock beginnings.

Dressed in a bandanna and surrounded by skateboarders for one of the scenes, resembling outfits and characters from her very first video, P!nk says: “This is a greatest hits, so, I have to give a nod to where I come from.” She continues with a smile: “Ten years ago, I had a gun in my back pocket, and I was not happy to see you.”

“When I was thinking of writing a new song, I sat down and thought, OK, it’s a greatest hits album, 10, 11 years, and I want to write it for my friends around the world. To me, it’s about being the underdog and celebrating imperfections and celebrating the fact that we’re dirty little freaks.”

Dirty little freak or not, we are tickled pink with your new video.

Gwyneth Paltrow Country Song Video

VIDEO CLIP OF THE DAY.

Gwyneth Paltrow is a brave woman! She took the stage at the Country Music Awards Wednesday night and performed the title song from her upcoming movie Country Strong live in front of millions and millions of people.

She actually sounds good enough that some music execs are considering signing her up for a record deal. And some country singers are even impressed with her.
“She looked like she’s been doing this her whole life,” Entertainer of the Year award winner Brad Paisley told Access Hollywood. “When did she find the time to go out and learn how to be a singer? I’m floored. Forget about acting. Hang with us. We’re nicer.”

Watch Marky Mark Wahlberg In The Trailer for The Fighter

I love Mark Wahlberg, so, not sure I want to watch that beautiful face of his get pummeled on screen.

But, in case you don’t mind, below is the trailer for The Fighter, based on the early years of boxer “Irish” Micky Ward and his brother who helped train him before going pro in the mid 1980s.

The Fighter is directed by David O. Russell, of Spanking the Monkey, Flirting with Disaster, Three Kings, and I Heart Huckabees.

Paramount is bringing The Fighter to limited theaters starting on December 10th with an expansion the following week. The movie also stars Amy Adams and Christian Bale.
