Big Brother Spoilers: Who Won POV 9/7

Big Brother 13 September 8, 2011 spoilers (PLEASE DO NOT CONTINUE READING IF YOU DON’T WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE LIVE FEEDS)

SPOILERS: As we all know, Adam is the current HoH after winning the OTEV Shark Veto. He had nominated Jordan and Porsche for eviction but Porsche won the POV. So, this means Rachel will be the replacement nominee tomorrow. Porsche will solely decide who between Jordan and Rachel get eliminated next and go to the jury house.

Reese Witherspoon Hit By Car While Jogging

Reese Witherspoon was struck by a car on Wednesday afternoon while jogging near her home in Santa Monica, CA. Thankfully, Reese’s rep told People that the actress was not seriously injured and that she is “resting comfortably at home” after receiving treatment at a hospital.

According to reports, police responded to a 911 call placed at 11:14 a.m. about a pedestrian being hit by car. The driver of the car was an 84-year-old woman who received a citation for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.

Big Brother 9/7 Spoilers: Who Was Evicted And Who Won HoH After Rachel?

As we all know, Rachel was the current HoH after winning the Rollin in the Dough comp. She nominated Kalia and Porsche for eviction.

Confirmed Spoilers: Adam won the OTEV veto and since Adam, Rachel, and Jordan are now in a three-person alliance, he refused to use the veto and kept the nominations the same.

UPDATE: READ BELOW BUT KNOW THAT IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED THAT KALIA IS VOTED OFF AND ADAM IS THE NEW HOH!
UNCONFIRMED SPOILERS: NOW, here is where things get a bit dicey. Big Brother has cut off all live feeds as of Tuesday morning to keep us all out in the dark about all the events taking place in the house.  BUT, here is what we have been able to gather based on good sources. PLEASE take these results with a grain of salt as nothing can be confirmed until the Special Eviction Show airs Wednesday.

BB has cancelled this upcoming Sunday’s show for a 9/11 tribute. But to stay on schedule, BB production pushed up the next HOH and eviction to earlier this week by recording a “Live” show Tuesday to air Wednesday night, in addition to the Thursday show. In the episode to air Wednesday but which has already taken place, Kalia got evicted by a vote of 2-1. Adam voted to evict Kalia and Jordan voted to evict Porsche. Rachel had to break the tie as HOH and voted out Kalia, getting all the blood on her hands. Kalia is now a member of the jury.
They also held an HoH comp Tuesday (to air Wednesday) and Adam won. On Thursday, we will see Adam’s eviction nominations, the Veto Competition (which will probably take place live) and another live eviction, leaving the final 3.

Conclusion of series will be next Wednesday and Thursday.

Lady Gaga Bares Her Face For Harper’s Bazaar

Lady Gaga‘s October cover of Harper’s Bazaar is the mag’s first black and white cover in 20 years! Inside the issue, the makeup-free pictured songstress dishes on her body confidence, free spirit, solitude-induced travel schedule, and surprising new hobby.

On her body confidence and free-spirited ways:
“I’m very free-spirited. Even when I was a kid, I used to run around naked with the babysitter, driving her crazy. I do yoga, I do Bikram and I run, and I eat really healthy. You know, my work sort of feeds me. I keep in shape by working hard.”

On her lonely travel schedule:

“When you’re alone as much as I am, you become accustomed to your solitude and embrace it.”

On learning a new hobby this summer:

“I fell off a lot [surfing] in the beginning, but one of the surfers said to me, ‘Now that you can stand up, just look into the future and enjoy the ride.’ I thought that was an interesting metaphor about life.”

LADIES! If a man gives you flowers, simply, thank him! Don’t make a face, hide the gift and then shred his heart to million little pieces after a kind gesture like that. I don’t care if your name begins and ends with Madonna.

During a press conference in Venice, Italy, a fan gave the iconic singer a bouquet of hydrangeas which seem to be harmless, pretty purple flowers. 
But who knew? Certainly not me and certainly not this poor unsuspecting fan that Madonna hates, I mean H-A-T-E-S and L-O-A-T-H-E-S hydrangeas.

“I absolutely loathe hydrangeas,” Madonna said in her new fake British accent, “He obviously doesn’t know that.” No, he didn’t know that. But he does now. Can you imagine? The guy was probably so happy having just met his idol and then goes to the nearest internet cafe to see this video! Poor little chap.

Miley Cyrus: “I’m Not A Bad Girl!”

And, she’s back for a party in the USA!

Miley Cyrus has stayed out of the US public eye all summer, touring internationally, but is now boldly speaking out in the September issue of Prestige. Sporting a new hairdo and rocking Gucci, Miley claims: “I am not a bad girl!”

In the interview, Miley talks about her movie career: “I’ve got kind of a weird, dark sense of humor, really dry humor, so I would love to do more comedies. But not the comedies that people have seen me in. There’s a comedy (So Undercover) that I’m working on now and it’s something a little darker.”

Here are a couple of other tidbits from her interview:

On hating Los Angeles: 

“I’m not a big fan of LA, I’ve got to be honest. I like being able to work here, but any chance to go back home [to Tennessee], I love it. People really take life for granted in California. It makes me sad sometimes. So I have to give myself that reality check every once in a while and go back home.”

On missing Hannah Montana: 

“No [laughs]. I miss the family vibe, but I don’t miss the routine at all. I was so bored doing the same thing every day. It’s a lot easier not being on a show, to live my life a little bit and do some of the others thing that I want to do, I don’t have to be back at a certain time. You’re not worrying about a cast schedule or what the producers are going to think. I’m so grateful that I was able to be on that show, but even my little sister, who’s 11, wants to go into acting. I just say, “Just wait, dude.” Because the way you’re going to be when you’re my age and the way you are right now are so different. Don’t put yourself in a situation where people re going to think of you as only one thing.”
