Nicole Scherzinger was at the Grove today for an interview with Terri Seymour of Extra, one day after Nicole’s refusal to save Rachel Crow booted the 13 year old singer off of The X Factor. Nicole was there to explain why she refused to vote to save Rachel and was only too happy to report that Rachel has since been signed to Disney!!
Below is a Video clip of Nicole’s interview on how feels about the whole ouster, what Rachel said to her after the show ended and the death threats she’s received.
Nicole said it was hard for her to get out of bed today after all that happened last night, including being booed by the audience.
Nicole said Paula Abdul has been her rock through her first year as a judge. Nicole explained that she is an artist first and new to judging which is why she refused to vote and be the person who ended someone’s dreams.
She also said the death threats she has received since Rachel was eliminated are a new thing to her since her fans have always been so nice and she is not used to her life being in danger. She said they have added extra security at The X Factor.
Nicole also said Rachel went to Nicole’s dressing room after the show to console her. Watch part of the interview for yourself, you can watch the rest on EXTRA!
WATCH AN INTERVIEW WITH NICOLE AFTER THE ELIMINATION:
SERIOUSLY? Her claim that she is an “artist” is bogus. SHE is a JUDGE on the show and MUST JUDGE! Can’t believe shes blaming US!! we dont get paid millions to vote!
I didn’t think it was Nicole’s fault at all. People may disagree, but I stand by my point. I think she did a very wise thing, putting it on deadlock. It gives the final decision to America’s vote. So partly, America you can blame yourselves too for not voting enough to keep Rachel Crow SAFE. Some people honestly need to grow up about it. If Rachel and Nicole still love, respect and care about each other why can’t you, as being “supportive fans” so the same. It’s so easy to critisize ain’t it.
people! you’re the ones who failed! it’s not Nicole’s fault. you had to vote for Rachel!
