Survivor: One World aired its ‘Bum-Puzzled’ episode tonight, March 7, 2012. Below is a live blog and minute-to-the-minute details of the show including who was eliminated.
RECAP:
Michael is upset after the Tribal Council because he thinks his tribe is trying to get rid of the strongest players first. Tarzan on the other hand is happy because he sees his alliance as solid. He tells them that Billie should be the next person to be voted off.The ladies are getting some snails ready for breakfast. The men come over and watch the women cook. Jonas asks them for the net and said he’d give them half the fish they catch. The women say no.
SEIOUSLY?!
REWARD CHALLENGE:
The tribes have to knock out targets using a slingshot. The first team to knock five targets down will have the choice of three prizes. 1) Comfort package which includes pillows and blankets 2) Protection from the rain from a tarp or 3) Luxury which is coffee, sugar, creamer and donuts!
Bill sits out for the men to even out the teams. The women win the third straight challenge and chose the tarp as their prize.Some of the men credit luck as the reason why the women won. Bill disagrees and says the women are serious contenders.
Leif tells Bill that Colton wants him gone and Bill is surprised and inspired to find the idol. Michael then turns around and tells Colton what Leif said to Bill. Colton confronts Leif and Leif admits what he did. Colton gets irate and tells Leif he has signed his own death warrant.
IMMUNITY CHALLENGE:
The Survivors are paired up and tied together. Each pair must cross a teater totter and solve a puzzle. Once the puzzle is solved, the pairs get keys and must raise a flag.
The women have a lot of trouble solving their puzzle and go check out how the men are dealing with theirs. The men rightfully so call the women cheaters.
The men win the immunity challenge and it wasn’t even close. Alicia thinks she let her team down and Sabrina agrees. Kim thinks Christina should be the one to go.
BACK AT THE TRIBE
Bill tries to make peace with Colton but Colton tells him that he does not want to speak. He lets Bill know that he is going home next time men lose.
Bill calls Colton a stuck up brat . Colton in the meantime tells the men that Bill is crazy. Colton actually wants to offer the women to go to tribal council instead of them! Jonas does not like the idea but Colton is running the show.
The men do end up going to the women telling them that they want to go to tribal council, giving women immunity. Sabrina does not care anymore and is happy that the women are falling apart. Kat thinks they are nuts.
TRIBAL COUNCIL:
In what may become the dumbest move in Survivor history, the men volunteer to go to tribal council when they had won immunity. Jeff Probst says in 24 seasons this has never happened. YES, there is a reason for that! Jeff reminds the men that this is the one place they don’t want to be at. Leif is upset he knows that he put his foot in his mouth. Jay admits that he only agreed to come because he wanted to avoid a target on his own back. Bill said this could be the single dumbest move he has ever seen. Colton tells Jeff he likes African Americans and he has knows lots of them. When Jeff asks who, Colton said his housekeeper.VOTES:
