Jason Trawick will soon be pulling in double duty as not only Britney Spears‘ husband but her legal co-conservator as well.
Say what? If you are wondering why that sounds strange as hell it’s because, well, let’s just face it, it is.
E! News reports that Trawick has petitioned to be added as Britney’s co-conservator, along with her father Jamie Spears, all with Jamie’s blessings.
What this all means legally is that Jamie who has held sole legal control over his daughter and her multimillions of an empire since 2008 will work with Trawick moving forward. Brit’s dad will continue to take care of her finances while Jason will assume the duties of taking care of Brit’s well-being. It’s anybody’s guess as to what all this really means in practice. I mean, isn’t taking care of your wife or husband’s well-being what a mate is supposed to do anyway without having to petition the court for it?
