Earlier today, CelebMagnet debunked a nasty rumor that Bachelorette Emily Maynard and fiance Jef Holm have broken up. You can read our earlier story here. Now, both Emily and Jef have spoken out about the infidelity and break up rumors to People.com.

“It’s one hundred percent not true,” Maynard says. The celebrity tabloid who started the rumors quoted an anonymous source who says the couple were on vacation so Emily could meet Jef’s extended family. But the mag says sh*t hit the fan when Jef found sext messages on Emily’s phone to and from another man and threw her out of the house for cheating. had  said that last weekend the two had a big fight while they were on vacation with Holm’s family in Myrtle Beach, S.C., and that Holm asked her to leave.

“It’s funny to me,” Holm said. “We were in a gated community in a private home with just my brothers and sisters. It’s just bogus a ‘source’ would [say] we were fighting. None of that is true.”

Maynard added, “I have never been more in love or felt more confident about our relationship. We’re so excited about the future and to be back in Charlotte and things are actually happening – looking at places to live and going to school. I’m happier than I’ve ever been.”
