Emmitt Smith and Cheryl Burke won the Mirror Ball trophy in season 3 of Dancing with the Stars, but on tonight’s premiere episode of the All stars season, Emmitt and Cheryl proved that six year’s after their first win, they are still the ones to beat.

The ex-Dallas Cowboys’ Hall of Famer running back paired up with Burke on a Cha Cha Cha (set to Aretha Franklin’s ‘Chain of Fools) which landed the duo in first place with the highest score of the night at 24.5.

Len Goodman said “you can teach teachnique, you can teach the mechanics of dancing, but you can’t teach flair!” Len also called it “The last dance of the evening and the best.”
