Dancing With The Stars All-Stars Season 15 airs another performance episode tonight November 5, 2012.

It’s fusion dance week on DWTS tonight and the seven remaining couples will dance a combination of two different dance styles chosen by another team. Apolo & Karina are dancing Cha cha/Paso Doble. Melissa & Tony will perform Tango/Cha Cha. Shawn & Derek or Mark will dance Tango/Paso Doble. Cheryl will dance Rumba/Samba. Gilles & Peta will dance Tango/Samba. Kelly & Val will dance Foxtrot/Cha Cha. Kirstie & Maks will dance Quickstep/Samba.

There will also be a swing dance marathon where couples will get additional points added to their final score.

LIVE SHOW RECAP:
There will be no results show tomorrow because of the Presidential election. Scores from tonight will be added to next Monday’s scores and we will have a double elimination next Tuesday November 13.

Notes from rehearsals: Apolo and Karina got a perfect 30 last week and say that gave them the momentum they needed. Apolo is confused in rehearsals and stressed that for the first time this season, he’s not getting the fusion!

Judges’ Comments: Len: There was nothing safe about this, you attacked it. Cha Cha was crisp and clean! Bruno: You should be in Twilight. Very crisp and clean Cha Cha. Powerful Paso. Triumphant. Carrie Ann: To see you take off your shirt, it’s amazing, about time. The transition into Paso was hot. It started strong and finished stronger.

Judges’ Comments: Bruno: That was a smooth and balanced blend of each styles. You did it with such ease. That was wonderful. Carrie Ann: You lacked in your upper body. At the end was good. Len: I could not have done it as good as that. Well done.
Scores: Carrie Ann: 8.5. Len: 9.5. Bruno: 9.5 for 27.5/30.  Emmitt and Cheryl also got 7 points for the Swing Dance Marathon for a total of 34.5/40.

Notes from rehearsals: Coming off their highest scores of the season last week, Kirstie says dancing is a very emotional thing. She is sad that Sabrina is out but says half of previous winners were not the best dancers. She feels fans can connect with her and she has a chance to win. She feels that she wants to help victims of Hurricane Sandy so she rallied her Twitter fans to contribute relief items. “We’ve been thinking more about Sandy than dancing…so I may be eliminated.”

Judges’ Comments: Carrie Ann: This is so hard because your heart is so pure, but you lost yourself when you lost your skirt. The Quickstep was nice but the Samba fell apart. Len: It was a nice mix. The routine had good movement. There was an incident or two but an admirable effort. Bruno: Technique apart, everything you do is entertaining. Only you can turn Cinderella into a stripper.

Notes from rehearsals: Val congratulates Kelly for making it this far because coming into the season, he had no expectations and says this is his most successful season on the show so far. Val wants them to hang out after DWTS ends. Kelly says they have an un-explainable connection. The two do bump heads in rehearsals and Val says they’re always a hair away from ripping each other’s heads off. Kelly says things get intense because they’re both passionate people.

Judges’ Comments: Len: I am happy, you captured the smoothness of the Foxtrot with the crispness of the Cha Cha. There was an incident, but it was not a big deal. Bruno: That was a flashy Cha Cha and had plenty of dash. You maintained the sophistication of the Foxtrot and cheekiness of the Cha Cha. Carrie Ann: The way you did the elegance it was sexy.
Scores: Carrie Ann: 9. Len: 9. Bruno: 9 for 27/30. Kelly and Val also got 9 points for the Swing Dance Marathon for a total of 36/40.

Notes from rehearsals: Tony says this is the 7th week and Melissa has to bring it all out this week. Melissa says Tango and Cha Cha are exact opposites. She gets overwhelmed because she confuses the steps. Melissa is moved by Tony because his family is stuck on east coast dealing with Hurricane Sandy …so she wants to give it her all for them.

Judges’ Comments: Bruno: The dark mistress of tango into a sexilicious Cha Cha Cha. I thought Beyonce came out here in the transition. The shapes in the Tango were fabulous. You turn me on. Carrie Ann: Tonight, you are a star! I loved the transition from super sexy dominatrix into Cha Cha. Len: It was beautiful throughout. It was a proper fusion. I loved the way that performance was put together. Well done.

Notes from rehearsals: Shawn apologized for cheating on Derek with Mark during rehearsals. Derek is helping Mark and Shawn prepare while Mark is doing all the dancing in rehearsals. Shawn says this week is chaos since so much is going on and she has a knee injury in addition to a new partner. Shawn says having both Mark and Derek is like having two chefs in the kitchen and she is confused. The doctors have not cleared Derek, so Shawn dances with Mark.

Judges’ Comments: Carrie Ann: WOOOHOO!! If there is ever a picture or video in the dictionary of what a fusion is, that was it. Len: That was a firecracker. The Tango was a feast, the Paso was fire. Bruno: That was two perfect dances which you could tell apart.
Scores: Carrie Ann: 10. Len: 10. Bruno:10  for 30/30, Shawn’s first perfect score of the season. Shawn and Mark also got 8 points for the Swing Dance Marathon for a total of 38/40. Derek will be back on DWTS next week.

Notes from rehearsals: Gilles says he’s been wanting to do an Argentine Tango for so long but is bummed it is now mixed in with Samba. We see Gilles posing shirtless with his dear friend Cheick Kongo a French heavyweight mixed martial artist for Muscle and Body mag. DELICIOUS!

Judges’ Comments: Len: Fantastic. Bruno: That’s how we do it, the South American way. Great presence and command. Carrie Ann: Wow. You have to be careful, you still have the arms that you need to work on. It was a fantastic fusion.
Scores: Carrie Anne: 9.5. Len: 9.5. Bruno 9.5 for a total of 28.5/30. Gilles and Peta also got 5 points for the Swing Dance Marathon for a total of 33.5/40.
