A day after a paparazzo died trying to snap a photo of Justin Bieber smoking marijuana, photos have surfaced which apparently show the singer smoking a joint.

TMZ has the photos of JB at a party inside the Newport Beach Hotel and posted the rest of the scandalous pictures here.

Sources tell TMZ that Bieber’s close friend Lil Twist was rolling blunts for all the guests, including Bieber and a mystery girl who came to the party with him.

Justin, apparently caught red-handed, issued this statement on Twitter:
