Beverly Hills, Calif. —- The red carpet at Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills was on fire Tuesday night culminating with Genlux cover girl and Tony®/Emmy®-award winning singer/ actress Kristin Chenoweth’s arrival.

The stunning actress paired Blue Candy Jewelry earrings with her blue patterned dress for the event. Celebrity friends, actors, singers and designers that stopped by to support her Winter issue spread in the region’s top fashion magazine, Genlux, were Kathy
Griffin, Ashley Tisdale, Grant Bowler (who starred with her in “GCB”), “Nashville” hunk Tilkey Jones, Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, Jill Wagner, Jen Lilley, Ginger Gonzaga, NFL New York Jets’ Bret Lockett, Caroline D’Amore, Gabriela Dias, Christopher Emerson, Philip Martin, Edwin Hodge, Joan Severance, Celebrity Colorist Debi Dumas (my absolute fave!!), Designer Sue Wong, and Stylist George Blodwell.

The magazine article includes Kristin’s insight into her on-set accident and recovery, while she talks candidly about what’s on the horizon for her as one of Hollywood’s most beloved talents.

She’ll also be appearing on “Live From Lincoln Center” Feb. 15. The stunning 6-page high fashion shoot featured in the issue (photographed by Martin Rusch) occurred at the brand new luxury apartments, The Avenue Hollywood.

Top red carpet moments included Kathy Griffin and Kristin Chenoweth measuring each other’s waists. Grant Bowler could be found holding court outdoors in a cabana conversing with some of the city’s most beautiful women and Ashley Tisdale in the VIP room with Samia Arslane Editor of Genlux working out a feature story idea for a subsequent issue.

Celebrity DJ Lindsay Luv kept the pulse going well until after 11 p.m. At one point, so many guests and glitterati were clamoring to get into the party with Kirstin at Riviera 31 that when Valet was full, Beverly Center graciously offered up their structure to accommodate overflow.

Another debut that night was Sofitel’s Los Angeles’ new bar, Riviera 31 off the
expansive lobby. The bar and adjoining outdoor patio hosted more than 400 guests who sipped on the Skinny 31 cocktails from the hotel’s new De-Light menu (only 95 calories) and featuring Voli low-cal vodka, as well as, delicious Hint flavored waters for those that abstained. The crème of fennel, pear, Pointe Reyes blue cheese with roasted walnut flatbread was a favorite bar bite of the night, along other delectable signatures executed with precision by Executive Chef Marius Blin.
