Kelly Clarkson and Brandon Blackstock only tied the knot about three weeks ago but they are already trying to conceive. Hardcore. “We want a baby, like now!” Kelly revealed during her interview on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, adding, “Practice makes perfect. We do, we do. We’re trying, trying, trying!”

Leno then asked the obvious follow up question: “So, are you pregnant now?” to which Kelly responded, “What are you saying?!”

Leno explained, “I always get these stars who come on and go, ‘I’m thinking about having a baby,’ then the next week they go on Ellen and announce it there!”

“So I’m asking you: Are you pregnant? Remember, you’re under oath!”

Kelly responded with, “We are not announcing anything right now!…We have two kids (Brandon’s children, Savannah, 11, and Seth, 7, from a previous relationship) and they’re so great.”

“And I never wanted children before, but now I want, like, five.”

Asked whether she and her husband have been trying since their October 20 wedding, Kelly quickly confessed, “Like rabbits!”
