The Kardashians are taking over the world. Or at least each coast in the United States.

This explains Kim and Kourtney’s sudden move to Manhattan. “Fireworks over the Brooklyn Bridge. Welcome to NYC, bayba baaaybay!” was what Kim tweeted upon her arrival.

“Mason, Kim, Scott [Disick] and I arrived in NYC,” Kourtney confirmed on her blog today. “So excited for some fall in the Big Apple. No better place…Are you ready, NYC?”

The sisters will be staying in a penthouse at the Smyth Hotel for three months for filming.

According to The New York Post, Kourtney’s son Mason and boyfriend Scott Disick will also stay in the penthouse in hopes of permanently relocating to New York City.

The new spinoff will focus on the opening of the new Dash boutique, a similar premise to Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami. This time, however, Khloe will not appear on the show. She will instead stay in L.A. with her Laker hubby Lamar Odom.

Filming for the spinoff is set for Friday in Tribeca.
