Kelly Osbourne’s Weight Loss Secrets

To say Kelly Osbourne looks too fab would be a huge understatement. She is on the cover of this month’s Shape in a fire-red bikini and has never looked better or healthier.

Mostly due to her time on Dancing with the Stars, Kelly admits she has lost a whopping 50 pounds over the last year! She now weighs in at 112 lbs. Amazing weight for a women who is 5’3″ tall.

Kelly told Shape: “I never thought in a million years I’d be that healthy girl who wakes up every morning to exercise. I’m rocking a bikini!”

How did she go from flab to fab so quickly? Per Shape,  “Kelly has continued to dance adding the Bar Method and Pilates to her healthy weight loss repertoire. Most importantly, she now eats balanced meals and has given up on crash diets.”
