Jennifer Lopez has had a great  year – She just ended a successful run as a judge on American Idol. Her sixth studio album was released earlier in the month. And she was named the World’s Most Beautiful Woman by People magazine last month. If all that weren’t enough, she ended up stealing the show with her butt shaking during the Idol finale this week.

It all looked like a charmed life for the 41-year old until bad news hit her from a Los Angeles courtroom Friday: Ojani Noa, her first husband from a marriage lasting only a few months in 1997, just won the legal right to release an intimate home video of J.Lo.

We don’t know if the footage includes any nudity – all we know is that it was shot while the two were married in 1997 and it’s bad enough that J.Lo has been fighting her ex for years to keep the tape private.  Apparently, a confidentiality agreement signed by Noa did just that until he found a loophole: J.Lo’s ex has recently sold the video to his current girlfriend, Claudia Vazquez, who is making plans to sell the tape through a distributor. And, per RadarOnline.com, a judge in the case has ruled that the plan is somehow legal.

Ed Meyer, an executive producer of the project told RadarOnline.com: “Claudia Vazquez has been allowed to release the home videos of Ojani and Jennifer.” He says the tape “will deal with JLo’s rise to fame, and her marriage to Ojani….Claudia will be meeting with video distributors on Tuesday, and hopefully, a deal can be made very soon.”

Got to love loopholes in the law…Poor J.Lo!
