Four songs into the set at a concert in Pittsburgh Thursday night, and after performing I Would Do Anything For Love (But I Won’t Do That), the legendary rocker suddenly fainted; in the middle of a song. 

According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, an asthma attack was the reason that the 63-year old singer lost his breath and collapsed on stage.

Medics quickly went to work on Meat Loaf on stage and helped him regain consciousness. But the professional that he is, Meat Loaf went right back to work and finished the show!

“Like twice as many of you, I fu*king fainted,” Meat Loaf said to the crowd once he was conscious. “I have asthma, I can’t breathe, and then, oh wait, I forgot, I got poked by a pin and bled half to death, and then I got slapped in the face and my tooth is loose.” 

This guy is crazy! But you can’t say he doesn’t love his fans!
