CLIFFHANGER RESOLVED: JAKE PAVELKA GOES HOME
The show started with last week’s ending of Jake Pavelka being voted off over Kasey Kahl. Before leaving, Jake took time to address the contestants by saying they’re sending the wrong guy home because they had a chance to do something “special” instead. He urged the remaining players to vote out the power couples so they would have a chance at getting to the end themselves. He told Kasey it was amazing meeting him and then said, “Vienna, my apologies. My heart, forgiven.”
Instead of returning the class, Kasey and Vienna Girardi were elated with joy that “the devil” had left the house. Vienna even thanked everyone for voting out Jake for her.
IMMUNITY CHALLENGEThe challenge for this week was a blind-folded kissing contest. Too bad Jake got eliminated because I wanted to see what Vienna’s reaction would be to have to be kissed by Jake. Kasey and Graham Bunn both said they wanted out, Kasey because he could not kiss other women in front of Vienna. Vienna said, “personally, I think this is a disgusting contest,” yet, that didn’t prevent her from fully participating in the contest. Graham and Kasey also participated.
Michelle Money was the only one that actually sat out of the communal spit swap because she is a mom and wanted to be a good role mother for her young daughter.
Blake Julian was excited because this would give him a chance to kiss Holly and give her a tonsillectomy. Michael Stagliano was nervous to kiss Holly and said he loves kissing her. After Michael kissed a blindfolded Holly, they were both all smiles. The other guys who kissed Holly, gave her a “grandma” kiss out of respect for Michael who was watching. And then, there was Blake who actually fully made out with her for a while. Holly giggled like a school girl afterwards. Of course, Holly picked Blake as the best kisser.
When it came to kissing Melissa Schreiber, she could tell it was Blake and so she voted for him. Ella also voted for Blake because “he really got into it and it was one of those baby making kisses.” Ella should know. She is a mom.
When it was Vienna’s turn, she complained, “I hope no one sticks their tongue in my mouth.” All the guys gave her a peck kiss other than Kasey. Vienna picked Kasey as the best kisser.
Ella Nolan said she is very confident in her kissing abilities and shared her secrets with us: “It’s all about a little bit of pressure, and then you pull back. And then a little bit of sucking on the lips, and then you pull back. And then a little bit of tongue, not too much tongue, ya, they will never want it to end.” There you have it ladies. Ella must know a thing or two about this topic, because she won with an overwhelming number of votes as best kisser.
Erica Rose, who gets lip injections every six months to keep her lips kissable, went all out on each guy. Kirk DeWindt said her “kisses were extremely aggressive and sloppy and her boobs were touching him.” The only guy she barely kissed was Kasey because he had bad breath. The rest of the women agreed. Holly called it gross and made faces while kissing Kasey.
When it was Holly’s turn to kiss Michael, a blindfolded Michael knew instantly it was Holly and the two kissed for a while. When it was over, they were both beaming and Michael asked if she could go again! Holly then kissed Blake with as much passion and later said she did not want to stop and that she just wanted to keep going. And she sure as hell did.
Blake won as best kisser by a landslide as well.
ELLA AND KIRK’S DATE
For her “You’re Future is Up In The Air” date, Ella took Kirk to a mansion and a hot air balloon ride. To get to their date, they were given a Ferrari to ride off in. Once William saw the car, he had an O and said had he known the date included riding in that car, he would have done the kissing contest way differently and would have been the biggest man whore. Poor William. Not having been a man whore also cost him the game, but, keep reading.
Kirk opened up to Ella on their date and told her he almost died of mold exposure in college and could now use the money to rebuild his life. Ella then opened up as well and spoke about her step dad shooting her mom to death in front of her when she was 3. Ella said she wants to use part of the winnings to start a shelter for battered women. Once Kirk heard Ella’s story, he said he wants to help her win despite the fact that he needs the money. Kirk got the immunity rose and the two them set off to a romantic hot air balloon ride in the moonlight. They two kissed and it seemed magical of course.
BLAKE’S DATE – OH MY!
Melissa was sure Blake would choose her for his date and was telling him what they would do on the date when Blake hinted he did not want to take her (because he did not want to send her mixed messages). Melissa got upset and accused him of going back on their deal since taking her on the date would ensure her of safety.
Erica hit on a confused Blake by giving him a back rub and offering herself as a partner moving forward.
At the end, Blake chose to take Holly over Melissa and Erica on a “Slippery Slide” date right after Melissa had said out loud, “I wonder where we’re going.” Melissa yelled out, “That’s f*cked up.” She then asked Blake to explain in front of everyone why he is going back on his pinky swear promise to take her on his date. Blake was speechless. And Melissa ran out of the room and cried to Michelle. When Blake came to talk to her, Melissa called him a sociopath and walked away to find Michael and offer to partner up with him. When she trashed talked Holly, Michael spoke up for her and Melissa shot back and said Holly doesn’t care about Michael. Melissa then went on a campaign against Blake. She told Holly not to go on the date and she said she is going because she wants to be out of the house. Michael on the other hand was hurt that Holly had accepted to go on a date with Blake but took it like a man even though it hurt him “like hell.” He wished he had told her before she left for her date that he loves her again.
Blake and Holly jet off on a private plane to Mammoth and the two went skiing. Holly who does not ski or snowboard was scared to give it a try at first. Even though Holly fell a lot, she said this was the greatest date she’s ever been on. Blake was “enamored” with Holly and said he’s never met anyone like her. Holly said Blake has the best smile and she liked him the second she saw him in the house. She also said while on the date with Blake that she hardly thought about Michael.
Later on in the date, by a night fire, Blake asked Holly where she and Michael stand. Holly said Michael told her last night that he missed her a lot but she does not know what that means. Blake gave Holly the rose. The two decided to spend the night together and make out rather than go back to the mansion. Michael was back at the mansion, distraught. Rumor has it that Blake and Holly are still dating and going pretty hot and and heavy…OH WELL! I was really rooting for Holly and Michael to make things work…
The next morning, 24 hours after Holly had left for her date, Michael realized that she still has not come back. All he wanted to do is kiss Holly and tell her how much he’s missed her. Holly walked back into the house, rose in hand, with Blake by her side. Michael literally rushed to Holly and hugged her and took her aside. He asked if she missed him and she said yes. Michael said he got a taste of being without Holly and never wants to feel that way again. He told her she is irreplaceable and he has fallen back in love with her. Holly told him she and Blake kissed once on their date. Michael took it hard and said he can’t believe she’d do that to him. Holly reminded Michael that he had broken up with her. She left confused and told the camera that when Michael left her, he broke a part of her which she doesn’t know can be fixed.
ROSE CEREMONY
During the rose ceremony, it looked like Kasey and Vienna were heading home. When Kirk told Kasey that it was down to him and William as to who would be voted out, Kasey told the camera he had a real “sneaky strategy” against William and started telling everyone that the BP prize money is “necessary” for his “grandmother to live.”
Blake encouraged William to campaign for staying in the house but not having a partner made things difficult for William. While everyone was campaigning, Holly and Michael were MIA having a romantic picnic. The men wanted Vienna out but William started saying Melissa should leave because he is worried about her. Kasey, Michael and Kirk lied to Melissa and told her they did not vote to evict her even though they had.
Rose Ceremony Eliminations: Melissa and William Holman get sent home.
