Sources say that Bravo will air The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season two premiere as scheduled, on September 5, despite the recent suicide of Russell Armstrong.
Bravo, however, also plans to air a special episode of RHBH to address his suicide.
Last season, the show depicted Russell and Taylor Armstrong stuck in a bitter marriage, but the couple’s divorce filing happened after season 1 had wrapped up. Things got so bad for Russell sometime after that that he took his own life on on August 15.
No one knows how and if Russell will be featured in the second season of RHBH, but Russell’s mother has threatened to sue Bravo if her son makes the cut.
Entertainment Weekly says about the Bravo special:
“The network has shot a special that included several cast members of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills – Lisa Vanderpump, Camille Grammer, Kyle and Kim Richards, and Adrienne Maloof.” Taylor will not be included.
