After a six week trial and less than two days of deliberations, the jury in the Dr. Conrad Murray manslaughter trial has returned a verdict: Murray was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the 2009 death of Michael Jackson.
Murray showed no emotion as the verdict was read but someone in the gallery let out a loud scream.
Murray’s sentencing will be held November 29 and he faces up to four years in prison. Until then, Murray will be held in jail without bail and was led away from the courtroom today in handcuffs.
