Arrivederci Italy, hello and what’s up Seaside, NJ!

Before you know it, it will be January 5, 2012, the long-awaited date for the premiere of Jersey Shore Season 5.

Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola says about season 5 of the hit reality show: “We were so happy to be home. We went straight from Italy to Seaside with no breaks, so we were extremely comfortable with each other.”

“You’re gonna see a happier side of Jersey Shore,” Sammy promises.  Happier? Isn’t this the season that Vinny Guadagnino decides to quit the show because he’s had too much?

On another front, Sammi says: “The new season was actually really good for me and Ron [Margo]. But then things happened – and now we’re single. I’m just working on myself now.”
