Josh Krajcik is a gracious runner-up! The X Factor finalist who was one person away from winning a 5 million dollar recording contract has accepted defeat in the most sportsman-like fashion.
“It’s been an amazing process to be a part of, I’ve met so many incredible people,” Josh told reporters after last Thursday’s finale results show.
“I feel like the future’s bright and everything I’ve done in my life has led to tonight. It’s a turning point in my life and now it starts. Now I’m ready to get to work.”
And what does Krajcik think of the woman who beat him for the top prize?
“She deserves to win. She’s wonderful. America decided, and she’s got such an amazing voice and she’s such a great girl. I couldn’t be happier for her.”
What is in Krajcik’s future you ask? He is first going home for a week and then he plans to “go to work” on his singing career. If Simon Cowell is correct, and I believe he is, Josh will go on to sell many, many records.
