Michael Jackson‘s 13-year-old daughter Paris Jackson will make her first solo TV appearance today and it will be on the Ellen Degeneres Show which was taped yesterday.
During the interview, Paris opened up to Ellen about her brand new acting career and her dad’s acting advice, and revealed what it felt like having to wear a mask as a child.
As for the masks, Michael used to insist his kids wear them in public for their own safety so people would not recognize them and that way, they could live normal lives. Paris admitted to Ellen, “I was like ‘This is stupid, why am I wearing a mask?'”
But as Paris grew older, she began to understand why her dad was so adamant about wearing the masks. She continued, “I kind of realized the older I got, he only tried to protect us and he’d explain that to us too.”
“When I came to [elementary school], they didn’t know who I was and I was like, ‘yes, a chance to be normal.'”
About her new career, Paris gushed, “I love acting,” having just landed her first acting role in the fantasy film, Lundon Bridge and the Three Keys.
“When I was really little,” Paris recalls, “My Dad was in the movie Moonwalker, and I knew he could sing really well, but I didn’t know he could act. I saw that and I said, ‘Wow, I want to be just like him.'”
Good thing for Paris, her dad wanted her to be just like him too, and became her acting coach. “We would do improv together,” she says. “He would give us little scenarios. He would go, ‘Okay, in this scene you’re going to cry,’ and I’d cry on the spot.”
She is very cute and has a lot of charisma, just like her dad, I wish her well. however, I don’t mean to sound dramatic but this producer she’s signed up with is very shady. Her brothers are trying to discourage her from making this film. Paris Jackson also met Julian Rouas in August for the Jackson Tribute Perfumes … another sordid venture that went down the toilet. The road to fame is paved with hard knocks and sleazy characters like Julian Rouas and Stephen Sobisky. See the photos … http://jacksontributefragrances.blogspot.com
