“Send an ambulance right now. This is an emergency,” is the way the dramatic five-minute 911 call starts which asked help for Demi Moore earlier this week.
A recording of the 911 call was released today and on this heavily-redacted recording, one of Moore’s friends yells, “Why is there not an ambulance coming now?”
The friend tells the dispatcher, “She smoked something. It’s not marijuana but it’s similar to incense. She seems to be having convulsions of some sort.”She’s semi-conscious…barely. She’s convulsing.”
Another friend says, “She’s not breathing normally…she’s burning up.” She adds, “She’s been having some issues with some other stuff lately. I don’t know what she’s been taking or not.”
Moore reportedly returned home from the hospital Thursday. Multiple reports have stated that Moore’s hospitalization was prompted by a seizure she suffered after inhaling nitrus oxide. Moore’s rep has declined to comment other than a statement released Tuesday statement that Moore is seeking treatment for stress and exhaustion.
