SPOTTED: Ashlee Simpson and Vincent Piazza celebrating Valentine’s Day, Fashion Week and the launch of the new Samsung Galaxy Note with the “Fashion: Take Note Studio” event at the Dream Downtown hotel in New York. The event was sponsored by Samsung and AT&T, together with Rag & Bone.
The 27-year-old entertainer and her actor beau enjoyed an intimate performance by the Band Of Horses and the duo looked very much in love as she sat on his lap, and sang along to the music. On the red carpet before the event, Ashlee was overheard telling Vincent, “You’re my Valentine, take photos with me.”
