Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied somehow got married in Hollywood and no one found out.
Most of us didn’t figure this out even when the Oscar-winning actress and her beau Benjamin paraded their respective rings on the 2012 Oscars red carpet and in Natalie’s case, on the stage as well as a presenter.
Let us all now sigh out a collective, “Duh!”
Us Weekly was first to report on the additional wedding band Natalie was wearing at Sunday’s Academy Awards. But no one yet knows when and where the super quiet couple tied the knot.
The mag confirms the wedded bliss and reports that the rings were designed by jeweler Jamie Wolf who also designed Natalie’s engagment ring. A rep for the designer told the mag: “As with the engagement ring she designed for Natalie, Wolf created the eco-friendly rings [for Natalie and Benjamin] with recycled platinum and conflict-free diamonds.”
