On Wednesday night’s (April 11, 2012) performance episode of American Idol, Colton Dixon sat at the piano and gave us a beautiful rendition of Love The Way You Lie by Skylar Grey.
After judges Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler finished gushing over Colton’s jacket, Randy said it best about Colton’s performance: That Colton gave a subtle performance and it showed his sensitivity.

I don’t think Colton should have been eliminated for one lousy song choice. Others have made wrong song choices and have been constantly in the bottom three. I wish Colton the best in his music career.
