SPOTTED: Kris Allen, season 8 winner of American Idol, was at The Grove for an interview with Terri Seymour of Extra recently.
Kris was only too excited to talk about his sophomore album, Thank You Camellia, which is set for a May 22nd release. Kris even gave away exclusive tickets to a handful of lucky fans in the audience to the CD hearing party held at Mixology 101.
Given the fact that we are less than two weeks away from Season 11 finale of American Idol, Seymour asked Allen to weigh in on who he thinks will win the crown this year. Allen admitted that even though Jessica Sanchez is “killer,” and Joshua Ledet is amazing, he thinks “Phil Phillips will win.” Looks like boys with guitars have a soft heart for other boys with guitars!
